It’s finally May and I’m still waiting for some nicer weather to hit so that I can get my patio done and grill on a more regular basis. That’s one of the things that I miss during the winter is grilling. But come rain or shine this week I plan to grill these delicious Guacamole Turkey Burgers to celebrate Cinco de May tomorrow!
I’m pretty much a guacamole addict. I could eat it straight out of the bowl with a spoon. Avocados are in season right now so I’ve been buying them every chance that I get and making guacamole. If you like a spicier meal you can increase the amount of jalapeno seeds that you put into your guacamole.
Today’s recipe is over on the Greensbury blog and features their delicious new Organic Ground Turkey. I love using ground turkey as a replacement for beef because it lowers the fat and calorie content of my burgers.
